1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kluse ecosystem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding clinical agreement between the User and Kluse Editorial Laboratory.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease all use of our computational surfaces and editorial assets immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms with precision as our technology evolves.

2. Service Provisions

Kluse provides advanced AI-driven editorial solutions designed for high-performance content creation. Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, subject to technical refinements and scheduled maintenance windows.

Note on Beta Features

Experimental laboratory features marked as “Beta” are provided for testing purposes and may exhibit non-linear behavior typical of frontier AI development.

3. Account Integrity

Users are responsible for maintaining the clinical hygiene of their credentials. You must immediately notify Kluse of any unauthorized access to your account. We utilize multi-layered security protocols to protect your editorial data, but the ultimate security anchor resides with the user.

  • One account per entity unless otherwise authorized.
  • Passwords must meet our clinical strength requirements.
  • Two-factor authentication is mandated for Enterprise tiers.

4. Intellectual Property

While Kluse retains all proprietary rights to our underlying algorithms, neural weights, and interface architectures, the content generated by users through our platform remains the sole property of the creator, subject to our standard data processing agreements.

You grant Kluse a non-exclusive, global license to process your content solely for the purpose of executing the requested editorial functions and improving our model precision.

5. Acceptable Use
