1. Acceptance
By using Kluse, the customer agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. B2B use only
Kluse is intended for dental practices and authorized business users, not consumers or patients directly.
3. Service description
Kluse provides software tools for inactive patient reactivation workflows, including patient list analysis, approved outreach planning, AI-assisted voice workflows, email follow-up, and reporting.
4. Customer responsibilities
The dental practice is responsible for patient data accuracy, lawful upload rights, contact permissions, HIPAA/TCPA/CAN-SPAM/state law compliance, opt-out handling, message approval, and staff follow-up. Kluse does not provide legal, medical, clinical, or compliance advice.
5. PHI/ePHI and BAA
Customers must not upload PHI/ePHI until required onboarding is complete and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement is executed or an approved non-PHI status is recorded.
6. AI-assisted communications
AI voice and email workflows require practice approval before launch. Customers remain responsible for reviewing campaign content and confirming lawful basis to contact patients.
7. No outcome guarantee
Kluse does not guarantee revenue, appointments, reactivation rates, patient responses, ROI, or specific business outcomes. Any calculator or scenario is illustrative only.
8. Refund policy
A 30-day refund policy, if offered, applies to the first paid month only and does not guarantee revenue, appointments, or ROI. Final refund terms should be confirmed before launch.
9. Acceptable use
Customers may not bypass compliance gates, upload data they are not permitted to process, contact opted-out patients, reverse engineer the service, abuse APIs, or use Kluse for unlawful communications.
10. Data requests and deletion
Data export and deletion requests may be manual in v1. Some records may need to be retained for legal, contract, billing, security, or compliance reasons.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kluse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Final limitations should be reviewed by counsel.
12. Contact
