Subprocessors

1. Hosting and database
Vercel and Convex may be used to host the application, serverless functions, database, file storage, and deployment infrastructure.
2. Authentication
Clerk may be used for account authentication, user sessions, and organization/user identity management.
3. Payments
Stripe may be used for checkout, billing, customer portal, invoices, subscriptions, and payment processing.
4. Email
Resend may be used for transactional email, campaign email infrastructure, and delivery metadata.
5. AI voice and AI providers
Retell AI and AI model providers may be used for approved AI-assisted voice workflows, summarization, drafting, and related automation.
6. Analytics and support
Analytics and support tools may process website, account, and support metadata. Patient file contents must not be sent to analytics or client-side error telemetry.
7. Customer review
Dental practices should review subprocessors before uploading patient data or launching outreach. No endorsement or partnership is implied for third-party services.
